I am certified by the International Sports Sciences Association as a Personal Trainer. I also have a Degree in Business Management. I have been an athlete, model and entertainer for over 10 years. I am also a mother of 3 and work in a gym. I have found that even with a super busy schedule ANYONE can find time for fitness. I believe that although health clubs are great for group exercise, that they are not completely necessary for personal training. Working in that environment for so long has helped me to see that paying $50 an hour for a trainer who isn’t exactly paying attention to you isn’t the best for your self esteem, health or wallet.
I have an abundant in-depth experience with virtually every form of exercise from personal experience as well as coaching others over the years, but am mostly known for my ability to motivate and inspire people.
